Management Dashboard

1. Overview of management dashboard

The main dashboard page gives you a brief overview of how all your jobs have been going for the past 30 days. It lets you see helpful information such as the main causes of damages, how many inspections have been completed, how many defects have been detected as well as how many jobs are completed and ongoing.

2. Job page

On these 3 pages 'New Jobs', 'On Hold Jobs and 'Completed Jobs' you can view every job created at each stage of completion. This allows you to view the information being input into these jobs and remotely monitor the data to ensure it is correct. If you click the view button next to a job you can get an enhanced view on a specific job.

3. Enhanced Job View

When viewing individual jobs, you get a more informative dashboard dedicated to that job. This contains all the information about the job as well as allowing you to view potential damages that have occurred with attached pictures. You may also edit/update data in the job to ensure it is all up to date and correct

4. Inspections Page

Under the inspections page, you will be able to view all inspections on every vehicle that have been completed. If you click the eye button, you will go onto a more in-depth view on the chosen inspection

5. Enhanced Inspection View

Once you have clicked the view button, you will see all the information available for that inspection including what damages have occurred as well as pictures uploaded. You may also add/edit information including damages and repair costs to ensure the information is all correct

6. Downloads

The downloads page lets you use templates to create important documents using information from jobs automatically. This also allows information to be uploaded directly through the dashboard
