4. Home Page

On this page you will be able to create new jobs and see existing jobs. Each form will intake job specific information and allow you to create a unique space for that specific job.

As you scroll down on the main page you will be able to see the current jobs that are active, allowing you to go back to in progress jobs and complete / make changes as and when needed

6. Job Creation

Once you have created a job you will be taken to this screen which will give you an overview of the information you entered, aswell as allowing you to see current and create new assets linked to that job

7. Creating an asset

Once you have clicked create an asset you will be directed to this page which will ask for some information about the vehicle and let you input any damages and location of damage if applicable

8. Adding damages

If on that particular vehicle there is damage then you can add in-depth information about the specific damage(s) that apply.

9. Images of damages

Once you have added the damage information to the vehicle you can also add photo's of the damage.

10. Additional inspections

To add additional inspections just click the back button highlighted in the image and then create asset

11. Uploading Jobs

Once you have completed all the inspections for the job and are happy with the information you provided. You may go back to the job screen then press 'Upload' to complete the job
